“Income from the Fund in the case of an endowed fund, or the entire balance of the Fund in the case of a spendable gift shall be used to provide scholarship assistance to one or more students enrolled at the University’s College of Arts and Sciences. Preference will be given to students who declare a major in Political Science.”
